IMPORTANT NOTE

These Bonus Rules (hereinafter, the “Rules”) govern all bonus-related promotions (collectively, “Bonuses”) provided by EZ Sweeps, Inc. (“EZ Sweeps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for Gold Coins or any other promotional credits on our social casino platform (the “Platform”). By participating in or redeeming Bonuses of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by both these Rules and our most current Terms & Conditions (the “T&C”). In the event of any conflict between these Rules and the T&C, the T&C shall control.

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. Purpose of These Rules

These Bonus Rules detail the standards and restrictions for Gold Coins-related promotions or other Bonus-based incentives in Social Casino Mode, as referenced in our Official Social Casino Rules and the T&C. No real-money prizes are offered in Standard Play (Social Casino Mode). Instead, Bonuses are designed exclusively to enhance entertainment value in non-redeemable gameplay.

1.2. Relationship to T&C and Social Casino Rules

These Rules supplement—and are fully incorporated into—the T&C. They also align with our Social Casino Rules. Should any inconsistency arise, the T&C prevails. By utilizing any Bonus, you expressly accept the applicability of these Rules, the T&C, and the Social Casino Rules.

2. DEFINITIONS

Unless otherwise stated, capitalized terms have the same meaning as in the T&C and the Social Casino Rules. Key clarifications include:

• “Bonus”: Any extra Gold Coins, promotional credits, loyalty rewards, free spins, daily prizes, or other beneficial items provided to enhance your social casino experience, often at no additional cost.
  
  

• “Gold Coins”: A purely non-redeemable and non-monetary virtual currency used in Social Casino Mode.
  
  

• “Platform”: The EZ Sweeps website, apps, and any subdomains offering Social Casino services.
  
  

• “Player” or “you”: An individual user of the Platform, as defined in the T&C.
  
  

3. BONUS ELIGIBILITY & APPLICATION

3.1. Age & Jurisdiction

To receive or use any Bonus, you must:

1. Meet the age requirement (21 , or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
   
   

2. Not be located in an Excluded Territory per T&C Section 2.4.
   
   

3.2. One Bonus per Player

Unless otherwise specified, each Bonus is restricted to one redemption per Player, household, IP address, or device. Violating this rule (e.g., multi-accounting) may result in Bonus confiscation and account penalties under T&C Section 13.

3.3. No Real-Cash Value

All Bonuses, including Gold Coins, carry no real-world monetary value and are intended only for entertainment in Social Casino Mode.

4. TYPES OF BONUSES

4.1. Daily/Recurring Bonuses

We may automatically allocate Bonus Gold Coins (or similar credits) on a recurring basis (e.g., a “daily check-in” Bonus). No purchase is necessary for these routine offers.

4.2. Purchase-Linked Bonuses

Certain promotions might add extra Gold Coins when you purchase a specific Gold Coin package.

Important: Buying Gold Coins does not increase your odds of winning any sweepstakes or real-world prizes (T&C Section 9.3).

4.3. Loyalty/Rewards Programs

We may introduce tiered or milestone-based rewards. Any Bonus awarded within these programs is subject to these Rules, the T&C, and any specific published guidelines for that rewards program.

4.4. Event & Seasonal Promotions

We periodically run limited-time or event-based Bonuses (e.g., holiday specials). The posted rules, start/end dates, and usage restrictions for such promotions apply in addition to these Rules and the T&C.

5. USAGE & EXPIRATION

5.1. Permitted Use

Bonuses may only be used within Social Casino Mode. They are non-transferable and non-salable. Any attempt to convert or exchange Bonus credits for real money is strictly prohibited.

5.2. Playthrough & Expiry

Some Bonuses may require a playthrough threshold or usage within a specified timeframe (e.g., 7 days). Failure to meet these conditions may lead to automatic expiration or removal of the Bonus from your account.

Note: Certain prize redemptions or in-game winnings associated with Bonus-based activity may be subject to playthrough requirements prior to redemption. Should you have questions about a particular Bonus offer—or the relevant thresholds—please submit a support ticket for more information.

5.3. No Cash-Out

No Bonus confers any right to cash-out or real-money redemption. Gold Coins remain strictly for virtual entertainment. If you require the ability to redeem for real prizes, please see the Promotional Play / Sweepstakes rules set forth in the T&C and Social Casino Rules.

6. FAIR PLAY & COMPLIANCE

6.1. Responsible Usage

All Bonuses are provided solely for recreational play. You acknowledge that usage must conform to our Responsible Social Gameplay Policy and the T&C.

6.2. Fraud & Multiple Accounts

Exploiting Bonus offers—such as multi-accounting, using automated scripts, or employing deceptive methods—violates these Rules. EZ Sweeps may revoke any or all Bonuses, freeze your account, and/or pursue further remedies (T&C Section 13).

6.3. KYC & AML

We reserve the right to require KYC or Source of Funds (SOF) verification if your account demonstrates unusual patterns or high-value Bonus usage. Non-compliance may result in forfeiture of Bonus credits and possible account suspension (T&C Sections 11, 28).

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISPUTES

7.1. No Compensable Loss

Because Bonuses carry no monetary value, any depletion or removal of Bonus credits (due to expiration or suspected abuse) does not create a compensable claim against EZ Sweeps.

7.2. Disclaimer

Bonus-based gameplay is provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranties—express or implied—apply to any Bonus. For additional limitations, refer to T&C Sections 16 and 24.

7.3. Dispute Resolution

All controversies involving Bonuses are subject to the Arbitration Agreement and Class Waiver under T&C Section 26. By accepting or using a Bonus, you waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

8. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

8.1. Integration

These Bonus Rules form an integral part of the T&C and must be read in tandem with the Social Casino Rules. Any conflict shall be resolved in favor of the T&C.

8.2. Updates & Modifications

At our sole discretion, EZ Sweeps may revise or update these Rules. Notice of significant changes will be posted on the Platform. Continued participation or Bonus use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8.3. Effective Date

These Bonus Rules become effective on March 14, 2025, superseding any previous bonus guidelines.

By redeeming or using any Bonus on our Platform, you affirm that you have read and agree to the following:
