This CCPA Notice exclusively applies to California residents who use or access the EZ Sweeps Platform or services for personal, family, or household purposes.

1.3. No Real-Money Gambling
EZ Sweeps operates a social gaming and promotional sweepstakes platform. We do not provide real-money gambling. References to “Gold Coins” and “Social Coins” indicate virtual tokens or sweepstakes entries lacking real-world monetary value.

Sources of Personal Information: We obtain data (i) directly from you when you register an account or upload KYC documents, (ii) automatically from your device (IP address, cookies, etc.), or (iii) from third parties (e.g., KYC verification vendors, payment processors, anti-fraud partners).
PURPOSES FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use personal information for the following objectives:
Provide and Maintain Services: Administer your account, manage gameplay, facilitate Prize processing, and uphold platform security.
Verification and Compliance: Conduct identity checks and (SOF) Source of Funds verifications in adherence to KYC/AML/BSA rules.
Communications: Send technical notices, updates, or marketing messages, and address your support inquiries.
Analytics and Improvements: Evaluate usage trends, identify fraud or abuse, enhance user experience, and develop new features.
Legal Obligations: Comply with subpoenas or court orders, respect lawful requests, and protect our rights or user safety.
RETENTION PERIOD
We store personal information for as long as needed to accomplish the above-stated purposes, adhere to legal record-keeping regulations, or as otherwise required for corporate record retention or to manage potential claims. After the relevant retention period expires, we either securely remove or anonymize the data.

Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: If we engage in any data “sale” or “sharing” (as described by the CCPA), you may instruct us to stop. As noted, EZ Sweeps does not sell personal information.
